Training relies on three important elements that your body needs to reprogram: building muscle memory, controlling adrenaline, and adapting to changes. Training stages include:

 

Logical thinking about movement and dealing with anything in motion.

Understanding strategies and military psychology and combat psychology.

Training on coordinating leg and arm movements and synchronizing them.

Training on hand and foot striking techniques and building muscle memory.

Training on interception, control, throwing, and domination.

Dealing with sharp weapons and fighting tools.

Training on ground fighting.

Mohamed Al-Fayez is the founder of the AIKICHUN system, with 20 years of experience in martial arts. He has trained over 25 trainers both inside and outside Egypt. He has participated in national performance championships and won gold medals. He holds the following ranks:

 

5th Dan in Aikido Reel.

3rd Dan in Aikido Takimoso.

2nd Dan in Aiki-Kai Ki.

 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

sifu degree in Wing Chun from the RG school in China.
