4. How do I join? What is the first step?
There is no direct joining (except in very rare exceptions).
The mandatory first step is:
- Booking the foundational lecture + practical training workshop (200 EGP)
- Sending your data + ID photo + payment proof
- After confirmation → you will be added to the batch group for scheduling
(online theory + in-person practice at the branch)
5. Why do I have to attend the foundational lecture and evaluation? Can’t I just join directly?

7. Is one day per week really enough to learn the system and reach a good self-defense level?
Yes – more than enough

14. What is the difference between Alexandria training and other branches?
In Alexandria: monthly intensive training (3 consecutive days ≈7.5–9 actual hours) + home/online follow-up directly supervised by Captain Mohamed every month.
Suitable for those who want a fast leap in shorter calendar time, but requires higher commitment during those days.
15. Is private training (one-on-one or small group) available with the captain or certified coaches?
Yes – available, but with completely different conditions and pricing:
- With Captain Mohamed: 15,000 EGP per month (4 sessions)
- With certified coach: 10,000 EGP per month (4 sessions)

16. What should I bring with me to the first session / workshop?
- Clean, suitable sports clothing
- Clean indoor shoes (not used outdoors)
- Personal towel + plenty of water
- Trimmed nails, deodorant, no jewelry/watch
17. What happens if I miss a session or a whole month?
- Makeup sessions available in any branch during the subscription period only (not after it ends)
- Consistency is very important for progress
